What is the lead time for custom gear and apparel?
Most of our high-performance apparel and gear is handcrafted. Standard items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while custom-built items may take 2-4 weeks depending on current production demand.
How do I determine the correct size for my technical clothing?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Since our gear is designed for an athletic, functional fit, we recommend measuring your actual dimensions rather than relying on standard retail sizing.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns on new, unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
Are your materials waterproof or water-resistant?
We specialize in Dyneema® Composite Fabrics and high-tier synthetics. While many of our materials are 100% waterproof, we recommend checking the specific product description for seam-sealing details and weatherproofing ratings.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Zpacks products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
How should I clean and maintain my ultralight apparel?
To preserve the technical integrity of the fabrics, we recommend hand washing with a mild, technical detergent and air drying. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and high-heat drying.
